We work alongside Client teams or in isolation and can use your internal documentation and approval processes during any of our engagements. All Client’s documentation and approval processes are unique, so we ensure that we are sighted and clear on this as part of the project kick off. We also ensure that we capture any lessons learnt during the process and provide an After-Action Review session to formally handover any project over to the Client. This might include identifying any training or support gaps that you might wish to consider investing in.
